Mecha-Sarah is a mechanized version of Sarah McDougal created by Kaolla Su to stand in for Sarah after the Hinata Residents returned to the Hinata House but for Sarah, Haruka and Seta, who opted to stay to excavate the Todai Ruins at the Kingdom of Molmol.
The robot would return, four years later, during Keitaro and Naru's wedding. The presence of the robot momentarily confused Seta as to which one was the real Sarah, despite the four year age difference between the real Sarah and the robot.

- Kaolla built a Stupidity Detector within the robot so that it would attack Keitaro when it believes he is acting stupid, much like the real Sarah does.
