Mr Shankara is a servailance tracking and locating system created by Kaolla Su. The system hacks into various computer and digital systems, searching for any evidence of a target's activities (train tickets, contact addresses, etc). It was used during the search for Keitaro Urashima and Naru Narusegawa, who had both gone on soul searching journeys through southern Japan.
